About us
Somerton Community Lifeline is a grassroots community group providing volunteer support for neighbours during the COVID-19 outbreak. It operates in Somerton, Somerset, in the areas covered by postcodes TA11 6xx and TA11 7xx. It was formed and is managed by a consortium consisting of Churches Together in Somerton, Somerton Good Neighbours, Love Somerton and Somerton Town Council.
It is operated by a small committee and supported and authorised by Somerton Town Council, for which it operates as their COVID – 19 Volunteer Group Somerton Working Party.
Volunteering
If you want to join our group as a volunteer, go to the Volunteer sign-up page and complete the details there. We will then contact you to discuss how best we can use your particular talents.
Need some help?
You can phone any of the numbers that appear on the current flyers or on the Need Help page on this website. We also hope to put a registration form online soon.

The home page on this website is a blog to which members of the public can contribute. If you have something urgent and important to say, use this facility, which is instantaneous, but there is no moderation, so obey normal rules for email, keep it short, keep it civil. Instructions follow:
